Triad Behavioral Resources (TBR) is an telemedicine treatment program in specializing in substance use and mental health disorders. They offer telemed appointments throughout North Carolina and a medication-assisted addiction treatment program. TBR's team is dedicated to helping patients overcome opiate abuse with the support of counseling, life coaching, and a proprietary EMR software called The Recovery Platform.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a NC Certified Peer Support Specialist at Triad Behavioral Resources. The Peer Support Specialist will be responsible for providing analytical support, technical and customer support, communication with clients, and troubleshooting assistance on a daily basis.
Qualifications
- Analytical Skills and Technical Support
- Customer Support and Communication skills
- Troubleshooting abilities
- Experience in substance use and mental health disorders is a plus
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Excellent interpersonal skills and empathy
- Willing to send the right person to Peer Support Classes and pay for certification
- ICD 10 experience is a plus but not required
- Insurance experience is a plus but not required
Job Type: Full-time
Expected hours: 40 per week
