•    Supports daily operations of emergency shelter.

•    Assist in the implementation and coordination of program activities.

•    Collaborate with team members to ensure effective program delivery.

•    Provide administrative support to program staff, including scheduling and preparing materials.

•    Conduct research and gather information to support program development and evaluation.

•    Completes an initial needs assessment and acts upon critical needs appropriately and immediately.

•    Assures that basic nutrition and hygiene needs are being met.

•    Maintains client files to include conversations, warnings, progress towards goals and documentation of any incidents.

•    Assigns and monitors daily chores. Maintaining the cleanliness of shelter building.

•    Complete room inspections. Ensuring all residents are following shelter policies.

•    Provides support to the RA staff and driver.

•    Responsible for ensuring all maintenance issues are resolved.

•    Maintains accurate and up-to-date records of program participants.

•    Remains flexible to transport during as needed.

•    Completes intakes and intakes check list.

•    Responsible for residents exit both voluntary and involuntary.

•    Maintains training and license in HMIS data system.

•    Provides peer support services to SUD clients and documents interactions in HMIS data system.

•    Answers phones and offers a safe space for all potential intakes to share and feel safe.

•    Answers front door and treats all visitors, donors, clients with respect and dignity.

•    Supports Program Director with implementing various in-house programs and groups.

•    Communicates with Program Director all resident concerns and rule violations when needed.

•    Distributes incoming donations to the appropriate place.

•    Facilitates groups and house meetings as needed.

•    Responsible for the management of emergency shelter in the director’s absence.

•    Supports with fundraising and community events.

•    Attends community partnership meetings.

•    Other duties as assigned.
